Content & SEO
Tutorials, comparisons and thought-leadership grounded in the actual codebase — written to rank in search and to answer real questions.
Hi, I'm Mehraz Morshed. For over a decade I've helped people and products succeed inside the WordPress ecosystem — writing that ranks, support that reassures, and open source that gives back.
I've spent my career moving between the roles that keep WordPress products healthy — the writing, the people, the roadmap and the code.
Tutorials, comparisons and thought-leadership grounded in the actual codebase — written to rank in search and to answer real questions.
Turning frustrated tickets into loyal customers with patient, technical, human help — and documentation that prevents the next ticket.
Shaping roadmaps, running QA, and writing the docs that make a plugin feel effortless from the very first install.
Contributing to WordPress core, plugins and themes — and showing up for the community at WordCamps and Contributor Days.
It started with a simple question: how does this thing actually work? In 2013 I opened my first WordPress blog, and what began as weekend curiosity quietly grew into a career. The more I published, the more I wanted to understand the software underneath the words.
That curiosity pulled me across the whole ecosystem. I answered support tickets and learned how to translate panic into calm, step-by-step fixes. I wrote content and discovered how good writing and solid SEO can carry a product further than any ad. I moved into product management and quality assurance, where I learned that the smallest details decide whether software feels trustworthy.
Today I contribute to open source, mentor newer contributors, and show up wherever the community gathers — from Contributor Days to WordCamp stages. WordPress gave me a craft and a community; the work now is to keep giving both of those back.
Two roles that shaped how I write, support, and ship in the WordPress world.
Owning the space where support meets marketing — resolving technical tickets, writing codebase-grounded tutorials and comparisons, producing product documentation, and turning happy customers into advocates.
Built and managed WordPress plugins end to end — from shaping the roadmap and running QA to supporting customers and marketing what we shipped. A role that taught me how a product actually gets from idea to installed.
Deep in a handful of core disciplines, and comfortable across the wider stack that supports them.

My content and support come from actually reading the codebase — not guesswork.
Writing, support, product and community — I connect the dots most specialists can't.
Structured, repeatable delivery with clear specs — work that ships on time, every time.
WordPress-focused content marketing and SEO, technical documentation, support engineering, and product management. If it lives in the WordPress ecosystem and needs clear thinking and clear writing, it's likely a fit.
Yes. My tutorials and comparisons are grounded in how the software really works, which keeps them accurate, genuinely helpful, and far more useful for both readers and search engines.
That combination is exactly where I work best. Support tells me what customers actually struggle with, and that insight makes the content — and the documentation — sharper.
